    WTB 2009 VMAX tune

Like the ad says I want to buy a professional tune from a professional tuner, I do have hptuners software but i only have the knowledge to do very minor adjustments such as torque management, speed limiters, and some trans mods. I have searched the repository and cannot find any trucks like mine. I know there is alot of power to be released from these trucks i just dont know how. it is a 2009 6.0 L76 stock with the 6 speed trans.

    Thanks

The only thing you're going to want to do is minor changes.
Gray Ghost- The abomination. 2007 Chevrolet Silverado CCSB. 98mm turbo, nitrous, 428LSX, Rossler 80E with a brake. Finally finished. 23 psi, no numbers, Slow as hell.

PBM G8- Aluminum 364, twin Precision 67/66 turbos, 6L90 trans swap, CTS-V/Vaporworx fuel system, slowly making progress.

Dads 2011 CTS-V- Stock bottom end, stock heads, LS9 cam, pullies, ported blower, ported TB, D3 goodies, and lots of nitrous.
    618/618 motor
    906/862 spray

    Caterpillar 50 Forklift- Duramax swap

From what i read the spark tables, maf and other types of adjustments can be made to yield more power. Is that not something i should do with this truck?

Sure, but since it's basically a stock truck the only thing you can do is smooth out the spark table, disable tip in torque management, raise the stall fuel cutoff RPM to maximum, and set your PE to 1.170 across the board. Then set PE DELAY to zero, Map Hyst to zero, and PE enable to 600 RPM.

There is much more that can be done but that will cure most of your issues. I'll post up a proper timing table tomorrow, along with some other neat performance suggestions that you can easily do yourself.

And here is a scan, im not sure if anyone is able to differentiate V4 or V8 by looking at the scan but the knock i was experiencing while low rpm cruising was in V4, I have since gone back and put the stock tables back in for the V4 spark table

Sorry for not posting up today. Tearing down my LSX has been a tedious day-long fuck up.

Will post tomorrow. Cheers. And thanks for uploading your tune, that helps me a lot.

This tune is out of my new Denali, trans tables are totally untouched except for shift speed and RPM because I like it just like it is:

If you'll notice the TIP IN Torque Management has been disabled. This takes care of the soggy start's, PE has been readjusted completely, BKR is disabled, Knock Recovery rate sped up, idle raised a tiny bit, and the timing tables..... The timing tables alone you should give me a $300 for. Because they're just that good for 88 octane and really great performance. Enjoy!

Thanks I really appreciate the help. I have one more quick question, I noticed the denali has the 6.2 and i have the 6.0, can the timing tables be copied over?

Yes. Should work just fine. The 6.0 might take a bit more timing overall but again it'll make it run the way it should

Oh btw, don't copy over the DOD timing, I didn't mess with it. And you're welcome. Let me know how it all works.
