LNF weird command lambda

when im cruising i see my commanded lambda hit around .93 then a sec later it will go to 1.04? is it just me or is it suppose to be doing this i posted a log for you guys to take a look at any input would help!

they look like 02 tests, notice how the commanded goes rich then lean and the 02 follows it somewhat closely.
its not a problem as long as its not that lean under boost

It's gonna be a while the battery is upfront in the regal this may require alot of parts and harness modifications. I'm gonna try to activate the ecu solo via harness and download the information to find the proper year to look at the correct diagrams.
