    Custom SD OS

I have tuned a few car's here lately that have had some really weird results with the custom OS's. Seems like the car's with boost and stock OS's run much better with less hickup's than the custom OS's have. Modifications to the VE table in some instances show's no change in physical fueling. Just wondering if anybody else has noticed the same thing with these E38/67's.

From now on I'm using all stock OS's for tuning until something is done with the custom OS's as far as stability.

Nope. Haven't heard of any issues with them that weren't user error.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Yep sure did set all VE tables each adjustment. Maybe I had an issue with this one particular OS cause I've used them with success before but this one particular car ended up picking up 90rwhp with nothing other than the stock OS re-applied to the tune and using EQ-VE and MAF. I was using the SD OS with the MAF also and both were calibrated individually. This was a 2008 C6Z with a D1SC on 9psi. Made 625rwhp DJ-248 with the custom OS. Ended up making 715rwhp with the stock OS.

I'll send support an email to see if there is something going on we can't see.
