Mine was throwing REP but it was showing a P0068. Disabling the P0068 prevented it from coming back although it didn't make sense because it just had a CAI and headers. Interesting that thats something else that happens right after a flash.

Just confirmed it...Let the car sit for a while, started it up, no error messages on the DIC, no DTC's...car drives fine...beat the crap out of it, reproduced the same exact drive...rev matching downshifts down hills out of DFCO...drove it right into the rev limiter by accident, no lift shifted...no REP.
Pulled into the driveway...re-flashed the same tune...took it down the street, got REP on my first rev matched downshift. Let it sit again, and no issues at all.

Could the initial startup problem be the computer losing the crankshaft position and having to refind it? I think I read that the 58x system stores crank position at shutdown for a quicker startup.
Any ideas on that?
What does REP stand for? BTW, plan to tune this car in the next few days.
