One trick to help initial light off after clearing codes or flashing is to put a theoretically accurate MAF value across the whole MAF table. Something like 2.8lb/min should work. Otherwise the PCM will reference 0hz which may have .2lb/min.

okay, it works a bit better. still have to throttle it some to keep it running to get it to throw the codes, but i can get them to set in 5 or less trys. which is okay with me, continuing to tune the idle might make it better?

already have my old info left in the maf table.

any idea on the case relearn info though? with having other power train codes? last time i tried it i got a too "high of rpm" result.

i really do appreciate the help guys, even with my failure to read.

heres the tune that in the truck now.
probably going to start doing raf tomorrow.

No matter what you do, you're starting off wrong with that Injector data.

been working on the turn for this today,

    fixed the injector tables.
logged some info for the raf table.
and adjusted my ve table some.
no boost runs, just trying to get drivabilty better right now to put some miles on it.
still need to do a case relearn.

its been firing right up with the help of some throttling after a reflash.

heres the current tune, i appreciate the help guys!
