have a 2001 ZO6 ls6 engine - only mods are ms4 cam headers bored 30over
played with tune and idles good, but rough on teh road at about 3 through 4 thousand RPM range - spits spudders and acts starved- on idle may be a little rich not sure....All new to HP Tuners- want to learn but software seems complicated a little bit- cant get the engine just right... attached log file
of startup - idle a b min and rev up to 2500 please see what you think, thanks a million!!
Did someone try to tune this for you or have you just been working on it yourself? Your MAF table has been adjusted but 1600rpm and up your VE table is stock. You need to get a wideband on the car and tune VE. and MS4 cam is Way bigger than stock, and with the added displacement of 30 over added in, I can't imagine the stock VE is anywhere near where you need to be.
That brings up another question I have. How on earth did you bore an LS6 .030?? Darton sleeves? If you havent sleeved it and you actually went .030, that block is a time bomb. Max on the stock bore is 3.905 or 3.910. Stock is 3.898, so .030 is way to much.

EDIT: Didnt look very close. your MAF table is different than the stock 01 ls6 tune I downloaded, but only by a max of ~.008 lb/min through the Hz range. So, for all intents and purposed, your tune is entirely stock. You need to do some reading and get a basic knowledge of HPtuners. This is a good one you can use: http://ls1tuningguide.com/tuningmanu...ons%20rev3.pdf
