Here's a simple Excel SS for calculating the stoich based on your E blend percentage.
The Ethanol & Gasoline stoich numbers were taken from an LS3 fuel stoich table. You can put in your % E in the A3 cell and the rest is calculated.
If you feel the need to change the stoich values for E100 & E0 feel free to do so.
