need help with 4.2 tune

I have been reading and reading and really trying to find someone local to really teach me how to use this tuner. But in the mean time I have made a couple changes to all three of my vehicles. But in the repository there is a econ tune but it is for 93 octane and here is mine for 87 I would like to change a bunch more from his tune but not real sure how to change it to run 87 octane. It says in the tune to just decrease the spark advance. I would like someone to look at my tune and the other tune and help me out. I don't want to tear something up on my wifes trailblazer just trying to gain some more milage. Thanks In advance.
