MAF Signal jagged like a mountain range E38 LS3

I am tuning a 11 Camaro with a centrifugal s/c, blowing through the MAF. I cannot get the car to run right with the MAF on, and a scan shows a very jagged MAF signal which is not the smooth signal I have been accustomed too. Can someone with more LS3 experience tell me if this is right, or perhaps there is reversion coming from the blower. Thanks.

Is it a Procharger kit with the MAF in the intercooler? If so, that's typical of that stupid setup.

Gotcha, thats what I was wondering is if we are chasing an engineering problem or not, or bad sensor. I was thinking it was a reversion or something to that effect. The MAF is in a 4" charge pipe just after the blower compressor.

The blower is a Torqstorm, very similar to a Procharger. I am R&D'ing the Camaro kit for the company making them. We got the car running good in speed density with a ZR1 map, but when I turn the MAF back on it all goes to crap.

I'd move the sensor to just before the throttle body.

Thanks for the tip. I will pass that along to the builders and see what they want to do, my hands are tied with the engineering, I'm just the guy that gets to tell them the shortfalls. lol.

Incorrect. The older 2010 camaro Procharger kits had the MAF in the charge pipe before the TB. Those were tuning nightmares.

The updated kits now come with the MAFtercooler and the airflow is smooth as silk. Good job Procharger!

The cars I've had with the older kits and the MAF in the pipe have been fine. The ones with the intercooler based one have been annoying and carry a bad delay without the SD on. They're also the ones I've noticed the jagged signal in.

I have one with the MAF in the charge pipe right before the bend into the TB. Any tips on getting the car to idle rock solid at one set AFR
