Why would TCS turn off with 2 bar OS?

I have a 2004 GTO which has been a problem child.
It came to me with a 1-bar OS already applied. The past tune was done with LS1Edit, and I have no way of getting the stock tune back on the car.
I emailed support, and they recommended putting on a tune from another 2004 GTO, and applying the 2-bar OS to that one. So that is what I have done.
But every time I turn the key on, the traction control turns off.
Could this be an error with comunication between the BCM and ECM?
I only get a P0102 MAF code.

Any ideas?

Do I need to recheck the error with the original tune I got off the car?
