Odd high idle with Nick Williams DBW TB

Swapped TB onto a stock LS2 car and it idled at 800 normally. Back on vehicle (350Z w/ 408 LSx) it seemed like it idled a tad high but it was cold, after a couple minutes idle jumps up to 1700-2000 rpm. TPS shows 24% target idle of 850, and the timing it pulls for idle correction table is maxxed out, so the car knows its idling too high, but it wont shut the blade to control it. Been super slammed in the shop I know Im overlooking something stupid, any ideas?

Just took a look at your file. Change your ETC area scalar to 6180.
