How to tune the VE table 400 RPM column

I'm not sure how to go about tuning the 400 Rpm column of the VE table. It seems like it would be nice to have good steady state data here as well.

I just richen mine up because if and when the rpm's drop that far you want fuel and spark to "catch" the falling idle

Thanks for the input. Just a question. Would enrichment over stoch create a torque increase?

yes....but airflow and timing are going to be the proper method to control idle torque.
