I had a 242/254 0.657"/0.648" 113+4 cam on my NA setup, and with advance at 24* total at 0.32 g/cyl and 1800rpm (and everywhere below), it was perfectly drivable except in EXTREMELY light throttle situations. Even then, it wasn't bucking, just a little surge.
