Can anyone who has done a e85 tune check out my tune and tell me where I can improve, im sure i can go a little more on the timing but anything else?
E85 tune 10.5 e85 to 2 91.hpt

Ya, you need a buttload more timing. How's the boost? Looks like your propo max is at 90%.
Try this timing table for all 4...

What should my proportional max be at? my boost hits 24 psi at 3,800, and tapers off slowly. I know i can go more timing but I want to adjust everything else first.
There is a lot you can do with that tune you posted. Like IAB posted, add some timing. Aim for about a 24psi spike, there isnt much benifit of running any higher on the factory turbo. If I was doing it I would lower your torque tables, raise the WG and MALT table then have boost by gear... my 2 cents.

How can i go much higher on the malt table, I Prefer the nice smooth curve and how the power comes on. The WG is how I control the boost spike, so should i raise it after the boost spike to hold boost better? anyone ever go over 100% in some spots? And how do i have the boost by gear? the only way i know is the torque vs gear?
Torque vs gear is fine, set it up in third for 24 psi spike, raise the limit to 100% on the WGDC from your 95% now. Adjust the torque vs gear in 4th and 5th to around 85% to hold the 24psi boost. The 95% limit is capping your high rpm boost limiting the WG to 95% no matter what you command. WG Duty Cycle limit raise to 100%, command 100% from where you see boost start to taper all the way up.
Lower your DAL's to a max of 255, more doesn't do anything except make you spike and bounce off the pressure limit.
Import the timing table I posted into all 4 timing tables.
Raise your Turbocharger Pressure Limit on the turbo tab to 300 kPa
Have fun.
Edit... Log your hpfp pressure in the rail. I suspect you will see it droop considerably on full E85 at 24psi. If Inj DC exceeds ~40% beware of inj window misfire. You get more torque on a stock fully bolted LNF on E47 than full E85 unless you have the ZZP cams. Most have to limit midrange torque for E85 fueling issues. I made ~360whp/400wtq on E47 & E60. Never got enough fueling for full E85, got inj window misfire around 70% E and was unwilling to baby the tune for E85.

Im running about 85% e85 it was 10.5 gallons e85 to 2 gallons 91
Here's a ethanol calculator page I found a while ago...
http://www.intercepteft.com/calc.html
Says you are at 73% E right now and 102.8 octane. Import those timing tables.![]()

Don't use that calculator, your not trying to find the percent ethanol.
Ok so E85 requires about 30% more fuel so you take how many gallons of e85 and divide the total number of gallons into it. EX Total fuel/E85 = % of e85 in my case 84% so if 100% e85 requres 30% more fuel than you take 30% and multiply it by .84, that equals 25.2% So I would multiply the injector cont by that. If you calculate actual ethanol you will be way off. Regular gas has 10% ethanol so it will though things off.
I wasn't looking for a math lesson, just letting you know you are about to have fueling issues.
Have fun.![]()

calculator is a big help, but both the calculator and your math only get you close, the car still needs a bunch of recalibration to make it truly correct.
