E67 Airflow/Boost Limits - CTS-V??

I am tuning a CTS-V with a 2.55 upper, 9.0 Lower, intake and it makes about 17psi and it seems that no matter what I am hitting a brick wall around 3900-4100rpm (205-208KPA). I have tried maxing out all airflow tables, boost limit tables based on MAP, temperature, etc.

Anyone run into this? Unless I am missing a table somewhere as this is the highest boost E67 I have done to date...

Boost duty cycle goes to 0 when it happens. It is 100 during the beginning of the run

But if you have maxed out your boost limits under Torque Management that is probably not it.

how is ur IAT2 reading ...ran in to same problem before as the inter cooler pump puls water hose was leaking ..lead to very high IAT2 270F ..that will disable the boost ..
maybe u have something els but that my experience

What "brick wall"? Does it go into REP? Does it nose over? Is it setting any codes? What do you have your P0068 test set to? Need more info.......
