    Support email delays 7/30-8/4+

    Looks like I've got to report for jury duty Monday morning

    Not sure how many days/weeks it'll last but giving a heads up.

    On schedule. Pushing off from ohare now so should be able to do a few emails tonight and hopefully go through the rest tomorrow =)

    Cant get started

    Bill im a new HPTer and ive just loaded my disc,checked the a-b deal,good there..loaded the .network deal good..but i cant log in,wont except my app number.Also the customer sign in page wont let me in either,so nothing at HPT is reconizing my serial# or my App #.my unit was purchased though Nelson Perf in Texas.PLEASE HELP. Thanks Tryan

    cleared cookies as i saw in another post and got right in,havent tried the cust sign in again yet..but got into the mpvi..thanks
