    is my tune messed up ??

    06 ZO6 ls7 stock bottom end
    mods are
    D1SC procharger
    black mamba cam, cam specs are private but i believe 612 lift
    ID 850 injectors
    KB bap racetronix harness
    ARH LONG TUBES with cats
    DP big mouth air intake
    AEM dual nozzle meth, IAT sensor after the nozzles

    now the issues im having are the car is bucking,surging and overall driveability seems off to me, even in third gear at a nice speed about 2200 rpm it still feels rough where at that speed it should be smooth, other issue is the fan is always on, also during the tune the tuner brought me out and said my IAT temps were at 95* when he said they should be in the 130* area, so he had me touch the sensor and it was not hot and the engine really didnt even feel that hot, next issue is when he asked me what injectors i had he had not heard of them nor do they use injector dynamics brand, i told him all the data can be found on the website to copy and paste and his reply was i do what i do with injectors, next issue is the idle does not seem to be steady, also when it's hot it cranks a bit longer before it fires up.and he also said something that it didnt want to run past 12degrees of timing when he said he likes to see 17 degrees, the car made 747 RWHP @12psi im happy with the number but this tune seems jacked up to me. any help would be great..thanks

    If you're planning on changing it yourself, start with the proper injector data from Injector Dynamics' website.

    Otherwise, find a tuner that isn't a TOONER.

    i wont be changing it myself, going to have to get it all re-tuned again

    Just by your comments, I wouldn't let that guy touch my car. Didn't look at your tune, but him not even knowing what IDs are, and "I do what I do with injectors", well, that would be all I'd need to hear.

    yeah i had the tune looked at by a performance shop today, and found out how bad the tune is, i also noticed while driving the car had kicked out sideways on me which i thought was strange, come to find out all the traction control features are tuned off meaning my life as well as others were in their hands, i never ever turn my TC off. it's always on as i believe in safety first, i was shocked it had been disabled in the tune.

    I am amazed at the crap some people pull. IDs are the easiest injectors to use.

    +1 on laughing at "I do what I do with injectors".

    What's up Dave it's Greg, I think you know who tuned the car since I told you, I have been in contact with the tuner and he wants to look over the file again, really I just want my money back so I can get it retuned, if we can't come to an agreement then I have no problem telling the name of the tuner and the shop.

    The timing is jacked way up at the low RPM cells / low load cells on all your timing tables which can cause low speed driveability issues. One of my pet peeves is making the high and low octane tables identical.

    Took a closer look at the tune again yesterday with a specialist and found even more things wrong with it. I want my money back and want this issue resolved asap. And if we can't agree on something then I will go public with the name of the tuner and name and address of the shop.

    julio i hope you read this, you completely hacked my tune and your tune was an abortion the second you turned your laptop on, not only are you a hacker, the second i pulled out of your driveway my life as well as others were in your hands since you disabled all my traction control. that is a serious safety issue and can only hope you dont do that on all your hack jobs. enough said, the tune is here for the public to view your work.

    good lookin out dave, gonna have to put that start up tune back in you did for me and take out julio's junk. god only knows what more can go wrong with it.

    I think you should sell the copy of HP tuners you have and take up a different hobby. I don't think you know what you are looking at and why the tables are that way.
    Here is my response to you on the forum, I'll post it here since you intent on destroying my reputation all though I have done probably 5,000+ tunes and I don't hear other customers complaining.

    Greg, on Friday after making an initial dyno run I recommended that you change the blower pulley because your C6 Z06 was making 12-13 psi on a stock bottom end! You agreed to us installing a larger blower pulley to get the boost down lower and we did it even though we had another 3 cars to tune that day so nothing was rushed, not part of the tune but I thought it would be worth mentioning. Then you couldn't get the methanol kit that you installed to work and had to deal with that until you figured out how to get it working. After having you on the dyno for over 5 hours with all these other issues the car came in with I finished tuning your car and before you left I said to you, drive it around near by before heading back home 3 hours away to make sure all is good in case that you don't like the way it drives (I always ask this on every tune I do). You said fine and left. After talking with you, I asked you how the car drove and you replied it was fine on the drive near the shop and also on the 3 hour drive home. No phone call from you at all till Wednesday when you called us, and it's already tuned by another shop. This didn't make any sense to me.

    1- You test drove the car and drove home 3 hours away with no issues according to you.
    2- You DID NOT call us with any problems/issues and when you did call on Wednesday for the first time with issues, the first thing I said to you was bring it back and I'll go over everything.
    3- I gave you my reason for the traction control tables and you agreed, you said that if you needed you would change it back, now it's a different story?
    4- I think the only one BS ing here is you.

    BS you are a total liar, that statement is false, I called you out on everything, and my methanol kit was working just fine, you called me out to the dyno to disconnect it, then had me put the fuse back in, remember you gave me your flash light so I could see, there is not a damm thing wrong with my meth kit and you know it. As far as my TC issues you lied on that too, I never agreed it was ok. You're a hack a liar and I will continue to damage your reputation until I am refunded for what I paid for, a simple refund could have solved this, as a consumer of a product and a service you screwed me and I will continue to let it be known. Own up to it would be the best thing you can do right now. Statement 1-4 are complete lies, and I called Tuesday not Wednesday, and I have not had a retune by a different shop yet so I don't know where you got that from, and what are all these issues my car came in with?? my car is flawless with 2500 miles on it with everything in perfect working order...well except for the tune... so please fill me in on all the issues please. lies lies lies
