Sucurity access timed out

Doing a read on a 2009 zo6 and im getting the security access timed out every time.

i am not getting the access denied like it is locked, have see this many times.

have tried to rear it in high speed and slow speed.

i have shut down HPT and reboted.

anyone had this happen before? trying to get this car tuned for this guy. of course he is sitting right here when its not working...LOL....

remove the battery wait for few mins
and then put batter back .. its always happen

How did you fix it? Did you disconnect/reconnect the battery? I have to same problem and the battery trick isn't working.

EDIT: Mine actually says access denied...but still curious what you did to fix.
