    AFR way up after 60lb's.

    AFR way up in the 15.8 after stalling the DEKA IV ( DEKA 4 ) Mototron 60lb/hour High Impedance Injectors on my 2010 5.3 The air fuel is around 15.8only at idle, driving around it goes lower around the 14's.

    Did i calibrate the injectors right?
    Im thinking its getting air, a leak air since i took off the intake to change the injectors outside.

    I am just trying to learn all this myself so I could be way off here but why is your
    Injector Offset vs. Volts vs. Map Zero'd out?

    From what I see and am reading NO you do not have them correct.
    I could be wrong and am not confident of this or even trying to do it correctly.

    Its the first time i go this big on injectors so yea i might have them wrong.
    You have the data so i can compare them?

    but i relized in injectors and scalling stuff
    most people dont give their job for any

    so dont wast your time ,, READ and LEARN

    i also relized here many people bought Grag banish book and dvd , and it helped them alot

    ^^^ I understand people help in this forum thats why i decide to make up a thread to get help, if the data is wrong just let me know its wrong and i would look for the correct one.

    I got the excel sheet of the SD 60lb's injectors, maybe this sheet is wrong or maybe its something mechanical Like i said its the first time i try this 60lbs so i did't have any idea how the engine was going to react and this reaction got me confused.

    Maybe post the excel sheet that you have.

    In the mean time
    WARNING THIS MAY BE COMPLETELY WRONG AS IT IS MY FIRST ATTEMPT

    From the excel sheet I have found, when trying to convert this is the injector data I came up with.

    Hopefully someone will tell me if I am completely wrong or not.

    Use at own risk till verified.

    Its says is to big to upload it the excel sheet, since it have the 39,42,47,sd60 tall, sd60 short,sd80 data, I can email it to you.

    I got your email and you have the same Injector data sheet that I found.

    So I made those tables from the same info you had.

    However, that definately does not mean I am correct, you may have the correct data and I am wrong.

    I did it from what I think I have learned here.

    Hopefully someone will check my file and see if it is correct.

    I was hoping someone would jump in and tell me if the data I had posted was correct or not.

    Maybe save your current data and try the one I posted and see how it is.

    upload that file
    start the Car
    scan it have a look ,, if the scale was good keep the file ,, if not ,, then remove the file


    use it own your own Risk
    i am assuming that the Fuel pressure exactly like the LSX base

    good luck ,,
    start the car and tell me what exactly happened

    Idle its way better than what it was before.

    Does the short pulse adder and Min injector pulse stays the same? They have the same data as my stock file of the 5.3.

    Yes i did use it and idle its way better but the short pulse and min injector pulse are the same as my stock 5.3 file.

    well then ,, keep them as stock ,, and tune now your Maf
    fix everything in maf
    changing everything in your File doesnt mean its always right

    Little Frustrating as I thought I had the Tables correctly done from what I have been reading.
