Hi Bill , Thursday I bougth 2 credits for a customer car , today I tried to flash the car and it says that I need to license the car again , also I have the cable status saying that it is disconnected . I have the beta version .

If it can not connect to HPT device, then it will not recognize that you have purchased credits.
I would start by trying a new usb cable.
Hi , I just tried another one and its the same problem , when Im connecting the usb cable it makes a double windows sound (bell sound) it did that last year before I downloaded the beta version ?
Im able to scan the car so my cable is ok , thanks for the help .
I am having the same problem. My computer went kaput. I was able to read my tune on the new computer. But it sais I have no credits.
