Looking for the part number to help the op. We know flow changes with pressure. Thanks.

If the injectors are Bosch greenies that end in 968 I couldn't find 4 bar pressure data but worked the tables from 3 bar and got it very close. VE and MAF came right in on an injector swap from 868's.

The 968's are closer to 50 lb/hr at 4 bar or 58 psi IIRC.

From the Bosch website these are 326.8 g/min @ 3 bar pressure.
    Conversion makes that 43.22827563 lb/hr@ 3 bar.

You run at 4 bar I presume (58 psi). The spreadsheet I found calculates the following results. (see below)

While it may not be perfect, it should give you a fair starting point, at least it did for me on a different set of Bosch 42's. I hope this helps you get started. Not likely any one here will share the actual injector data.

Prior to Greg releasing his $250 DVD people on this board helped with injector info. Now it's a ghost town.

I'm sure if you ask someone will give it to you.

While it may not be perfect, it should give you a fair starting point, at least it did for me on a different set of Bosch 42's. I hope this helps you get started. Not likely any one here will share the actual injector data.

Excel spreadsheet I found. Compared the data it generated for my stock 28 lb/hr injectors vs. stock inj data and it was close. Never claimed it was perfect.

Even the converted Ford stuff is only 2D. GM's characterization of an injector is SO much more precise than Fords is. Ford defines the short pulse data using a slope. GM uses a table for specific pulsewidths to alter fueling +/- based on how the injector flows at that pulsewidth. It would take nearly a full week of testing to characterize an injector for all the points in the GM tune file. I am currently trying to get parts together to do this because I'm tired of nice car's coming in with FAST, Bosch, Delphi etc injectors with nothing more than the general flow rate. This way I can pull the injectors and test them physically and truly get calibrations accurate instead of some jacked up data from a Ford or someone else on the net.

Everything is top secret...sshhhhhh There are a few that will help you though.

AS long as this board has been up. If more were shared it would be a killer knowledge base by now. There is good info here but some not so easily found. Some just wrong and screwed so its hard to tell what to go by sometimes unless some of the sr tuners reply.

If any tune is actually posted its one that is really hurting like the ones I posted here a while back...lol.

    For instance...
Many have the greentop injectors however there are very few files uploaded for anyone to compare to.
