my vcm suite help quit working. when I click on the button the window pops up but the busy hour glass pops up and no information is ever available. This just started the other day :/

Sounds like a pc issue of some sort to me, try a different pc.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

What's the name of the file and the folder it's normally located in so I can see if it's there?
what file? Both the editor & scanner software get installed to your programs folder.

the help file opens when directly accessed, I organized and moved things around recently... guess that created an invalid path or something
