Italy has the same issues, plenty of people here like to build cars too but finding a dyno or shop to tune is almost impossible unless your a native lol.

I'm located near Ramstein AB. About 1hr from Frankfurt, 2hrs from Stuttgart, 45min from Saarbruecken, or 15min from Kaiserslautern. A local Audi dealer hear has a dyno and charges 70 Euro an hr.

It's a 69 Firebird with a L59(Flex 5.3) and 4L60E and 3.36 rear. I'm about 1hr 15min from Bitburg which would work....just not on the 10th of June. I can do the 9th or the prior/next weekend.
