I don't have a 80e to test this on however I do a 60e and I can apply the same settings a 80e tune has to see if it makes my 60e act like the 80's have for so long.

I'm waiting for the beta. I have an 80e out in the driveway to test it on as soon as I get it.

Just got the new beta but I guess I missed that those tables were only for a certain operating system. So my tune doesn't have those new tcc tables in it.

Good news guys. The 4L80e does not unlock when let off the throttle anymore. I drove on the freeway to work this morning for about 25 minutes and it never unlocked. Chris it worked perfectly. Thanks for the fix!

Chris, should this be kept on the down low until you get it up for all OS's?

Ugh, can't believe how much activity this thread has gotten. I stopped getting email notifications and didn't realize all this was going on.

I just sent in my tune with a 4L80E segment swap and 2 Bar OS. It seems to be a different OS than what everyone else has sent in so far. My OS ID is: 1250058 (HP Tuners 2 Bar). It was converted from 12592618

I really hope this works! I've already gotten my truck up to 12mpg from 10mpg with HPTuners and this would really put it over the top! The truck had a Speed Inc tune on it when I bought it and was running extremely rich. Be amazing to get a couple more MPG out of it for a 30~40% increase in mpg.

    *EDIT*

And thanks to Chris for making this happen! Never would of guessed that HPTuners would have got TCC lockup enabled so quickly like this!

Just got the new Beta from support, and the new TCC lockup options are not there for my OS (as I was expecting). I already emailed support a copy of my tune.

Any chance this can be done for the 4L60E in my truck? Would love to get the TC to stop unlocking and allow me to use DFCO.
