can the same vehicle be tuned from different computers?

I have tuned both of my vehicles with my older lap top. But it is now on it's last leg. I have gotten a new one and would like to now use that to run hp tuners. Can this be done? Thanks

Yes (if usb for sure) the licences are stored in the interface.
