Nothing. I had to leave the garage before I opened fire on my car. Tomorrow.

try unplugging the maf and force it into SD.. I have this feeling its due to the TB not opening up enough at idle even though you've commanded plenty on the IAC.
One thing that is bothering me is the commanded AFR. Have you tried scaling the tune anywhere at all?
Flash the stock file back in with just the fuel injector and idle settings.. Work on it one step at a time.

What do you mean commanded AFR? Where exactly? Im running open loop and the commanded afr in pe is 1.55 or 12.6 afr. Everywhere else it shouldn't matter since there's no o2 sensors. If the TB wasn't opening enough why would the data logger show cells way past 1.0 g/cyl highlighted? I only hit those cells under WOT. It's selecting timing from a section of the map that's honestly never used. 1.20 g/cyl at 600rpms?

I went through my whole tune and not sure what the issue with the commanded AFR is. Its 14.7 across the board. Nothing has been scaled everything is right. I'm going to try open loop speed density and see if in fact it is the maf.

This MAF is inherently very noisy at low airflow levels. The later model controllers that use this style have more signal filtering built in. Try simply rotating and re-logging and see if it may be in a turbulent spot in the piping. It may be too noisy for MAF only.
I'm having a wiring or ECU issue. Once I have it sorted out I will be able to correctly identify the issue if there even is one. Right now my battery is severely drained which might also cause a few issues.
