street rod with a 99 vette drivetrain Security system problem

I have a customer that is building a street rod with a 99 corvette drivetrain. He got a brand new vcm and harness from gm. Gm put a stock flash on it. Is there a way I can disable the security system through the tune, so the car will start and run. It's been a long time since I had to do this, and I wanted to check before I have him tow the car to me. Thanks

On the systems tab set security to none.
Has worked fine on every conversion I have done.
