Dissable torque converter in 3rd gear. Only use it only in 4th and see if it fixes your problem

how would i disable it in 3rd? with the apply/release speeds? just make a unrechable speed for that gear? it jerks more in 4th than any other gear but i spend more time in 4th

Your speed is probably set too low in fourth. Too low an enable speed will cause jerking/bucking. Does not get used in first at all. Yes, set the value to a value it cannot reach to dissable the TC

When TC engages too low it causes bucking. Too much load too low in the RPM range. Have it engage at higher RPM and reduce load to clean that up. Do not remove from 4th gear or you will kill it pretty quick. Not having the TC engage will create too much heat and you'll burn the shit out of it man
