Am I going into Open Loop Correctly?

    2005 CTS-V, LS6
I just wanted to check if I am setting up the forced open loop calibration correclty to tune the VE table.

I was thinking it was fine until I saw that my commanded AFR in my table display was 14.12, and it gradually got to 14.68 after about 10-15 seconds while idling. The car was over 140 degrees which is where I set my EQ ratio -to start at 1.0
Is there an idle setting I should disable or should I just not worry about it?

Seems my changes in the VE table are helping, I tend to overshoot though. Any ideas on how to help stop this? I am using the Multiply by half % paste function.

Here is my current config and latest scan.

    Thanks in advance!

Looks good. Did you remember to clear the fuel trims when you started the scanner? BTW what V forums are you on? I'm the same S/N on a bunch of them.

PM Me your email also, I have something for you.

I did clear fuel trims. Should I do that each time?

Honestly I don't know what effect fuel trims have from flash to flash (I'd think they would be cleared). However all I've read states that yes you should clear trims each time.

    And replied.

BTW Just looked at your log and it looks like your VE is just getting dialed in.
