02 z06 picking up knock

I have a 02 z06 with a stock file in it on the dyno its picking up knock and pulling timing. the af was 12.2 up top. When i started leaning it out to a 12.8 afr it pulls more timing the car is all stock besides a lid setup. I also noticed that at wot its pulling timing at 60kpa but the vcm is showing 98kpa

Wideband isn't reading in the log. Do you have a log with it working? W here is the tune? Looks like too much timing is in there to me. Sure it is stock? I don't recall stock being that high. Either way it just needs to be lowered I think.
