Yeah 24lb injectors are very "light" from the factory for a 6.0
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Yes!
And a wideband so you know the AFR

I was tuning this weekend, and the car ran out of injector at 5800 rpm, within a few frames the Inj Duty cycle shot up and we were at 14.9 Afr,
that was the last run till customer gets bigger injectors.

Wideband much much cheaper than engine repair.

Yea .. ive been creepin up on this IDC issue for awhile now , more tune = higher IDCs it appears - curious to whats gunna happen with new injectors haha.

Any suggestions for what injectors to run ?

Tuned many LQ9's, and never came close to 100% idc. First install a wideband, cuz just looking at your 02 mv, your too rich. Also verify the fuel pressure at wot.

And why are you using a 2000 LQ4 truck tune?

because I made the fatal mistake of going with an 00 pcm when I wired the truck for the engine a few years ago.

Ive got an 04 PCM with the TAC and pedal sitting beside me , just waiting on the TB and ill be installing it all.

that its almost as important as a wideband, i always, always check fuel pressure at WOT, its part of my tuning check list, it saves so many headaches, dont ask me how i know, a lot of time the high fuel injector duty its caused by low fuel pump pressure from old tired fuel pump, so check it to just to make sure.
