    Engine swap won't start

The engine and transmission are from a 2013 Express, 4.8L, 6L90, with E38 ecm and T43 tcm. It has a factory harness that I stripped the extra stuff out of (rear O2, vehicle related junk, etc...). The engine cranks fine, but it isn't getting any fuel. There is no injector pulse (in VCM scanner or at the injector). O2, Coils and Injectors are all relayed in a box and fused.

Last started in April of this year
    It has spark
Injectors are working when directly connected to battery
Only sensors not plugged in are O2 (was told this wasn't an issue, correct me if I'm wrong)
    Pedal operates the throttle body
2 CEL codes (P0449 and P0452 both related to EVAP)
Have power at injectors with key on and during cranking
Fuel pressure with pump on is 58 psi
Cranking speed of around 180 rpm, fuel pump runs when cranking too
    Has good grounds/power
VATS 1 and 2 are disabled and I wrote entire when doing so
Changes to tune were limited to disabling unnecessary diagnostic codes (O2, etc...)
The IAT and ECT are both reading appropriately

Any advice on how to get this working?

I figured it out last night. The ecm was cutting fuel for "starter". I suspect since it is an engine swap, you have to disable "starter checks" in the OS page. I had left it enabled before, because the tuner mentioned using it with caution.

    Thank you for the reply!
