ETC pedal postion never reaches 100%

I am tuning an LS3 crate engine with a Speartech harness and E67 ECU.
I got the pedal and everything from Speartech. The engine is in a 71 Chevelle
    SS clone.

I am doing VE tuning with EQ VE and am now working on the high RPM tuning.
I am logging TPS and ETC pedal position and see that my TPS never goes higher
than 83% and the pedal position maxes out at 86%. I am sure the pedal is stroking through its full range. Any ideas why the pedal and throttle position never reaches 100%?

TPS % usually maxes out at around 88%

If you are getting full pedal stroke you should see ETC % going to 100%... You can log ETC PDL % as well, that typically goes to around 99%

OK thanks. I see if I log ETC Position it goes from 0% to 100%. I was logging
Pedal Postion 1 and that only went to 86% for some reason. The highest TPS
position I have got so far is 84%. I will keep an eye on it. I have kind of a from scratch tune so I am paranoid about everything.
