LS9 Injector info needed

I've searched and searched. I cannot come up with how to convert psi to KPA to get my data thats needed. I have bosch 0280158187 LS9 52.4 lb injectors at 58psi. I need the data for short pulse width, min injector pulse, flow rate vs kpa, and finally offset vs KPA, using a 2005/6 truck computer 6.0 liter OS version 12592618


The motor has been changed to a external regulator /boost referenced.. Set at 58psi no vacuum line.. Has a vacuum line hooked to it. I believe its 1:1.. 1pd boost 1 pd psi..

Running a 10 psi whipple 2.9l on 6.0 liter iron block with ls3 heads/big cam.

The point of the system is to maintain the same effective pressure. 10psi boost results in 68 psi pressure in the fuel rail, but the 10psi of manifold pressure pushes back against the fuel. As a result... You have 58psi of effective pressure. The same happens at idle. You are pulling vacuum which helps pull fuel from the rail, so pressure in the rail decreases. However, effective pressure remains the same since the vacuum is helping evacuate the fuel from the rail.


Ok, since this is true, i just set the IFR to 52.4 across the board. Done. Now i just need the offsets and min injector pulse and short pulse adder.

Ive been working on trying to convert some of the zr1 info, this is what i came up with on my short pulse and min injector, can someone confirm? if this is the case i only need the offsets..
