Bringing Wideband 5V signal into E38 w/out HPTuners Pro?

On my race car (0411 pcm) I bring it in through the fuel tank pressure switch, on most of the cars I tune I bring it in the EGR (gen 3 stuff). What is the easiest way to bring it into the gen 4 stuff? I'd really rather not use AC pressure since I don't want to have to have the a/c off the entire time I tune, but if that is the only way I will.

    Any other options?

There is a fuel tank pressure input as well, but I use the AC pressure input on my Camaro (also an LS3 E38). Make sure you remember to disable the AC pressure related fan stuff while you're tuning so they're not kicking on and off.

In my own car, as well as the cars of a few friends, I put a Metripack connector inline with the AC Pressure sensor. Then I put a second duplicate end to it on my wideband. When I need to put the sensor in for tuning, I can just hook up power and ground wherever it's convenient, and then plug in the other connector for data, when I'm done it's very easy to swap the car back to normal.

How do you convert the signal to read AFR since PCM is expecting voltage that references A/C pressure? Custom PID's?
Can you help me write the custom PID's?

    Thanks in advance.

Since I have to run in OL, I put my WB in my B1S1 spot and used that input. The AEM WB can output a 0 to 0.5 volt signal.

Seems like that would lose a lot of resolution.
