MAP sensor reads 57-67 kPa through the WOT run. Looks like it is 1/2 what it should be for 6 psi. I'd address that first. IATs are 144-160 degrees doesn't help but even with it that hot you should be able to run more timing than that. Airflow in the histogram looks low. Is this a MAF or SD tune?

thank God that you said its reading 57-67 KPA

i thought its something in my histograms
because i played with it to make Boost ,,, but it start reading in - ( the KPA ) and then i fixed it ,,,

anyway ,, u are totally right
i will attach a Car with boost
    look at the KPA
this car is not boosting ( i beleive )

Don't overlook the spark plugs. 1 or 2 ranges colder isn't even enough sometimes. With all of the new high tech plugs you might have to go drastically colder.

6 psi and a small cam should be fine with TR6 spark plugs, and you should be able to run almost 20* of timing at the top end. What's the IAT's getting up to? And have you disabled BKR?

Is this tune scaled for injectors, if so, you might have forgot to do a manual scale on the knock sensors.

Well the car has 65# injectors but has an LS7 maf so the ifr table is close to stock. Car runs great and afr is solid in idle and part throttle and wot is dialed in nice.

it is an eaton roots blower. iat's are getting a bit high. But your comment here interests me. What is the manual scale on the knock sensors?

And no I havent disabled burst knock, but I can. Should I? Just disable BKR and leave it disabled completely?

Well, if you scaled the tune for the injectors, the knock sensor level needs to be scaled the corresponding amount as they are g/cyl referenced.

I personally as a tuner disable BKR completely. I hate it. Others will disagree but whatever. I find it useless when trying to tune out real knock.

Is the knock that you are hearing audible? If so and you're running a TR6 plug, a gap change may be in order as well.
