planing to do a 4.8 to 6.0 swap on an 05 silverado ,,, retune help !!

i'm planing to do a swap on my 05 silverado, i haven't bought HPTuner yet

but i was wondering how easy is that ?? where should i download the 6.0 ecu programme ??

i'm planning to run 6.0 stock. so i assume that there is no calibration have to be done !! << not sure

You're changing the displacement of the engine. Yes the 6.0L will run on the 4.8L tune, but only to get you home from wherever you had the swap done. From there you go into the truck's PCM and reprogram it, probably starting with a 6.0L file.
