I bought (9) credits a week ago. My system showed a total of (10) credits available after loading the new application key.
I tried to use a couple credits today and now my system says I have used more than I have available and I have -2 remaining.

Its because you are using an old app key. You can always get the newest app key via your customer page www.hptuners.com
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
