    Can't figure out this Error with VCM Suite

    I did everything the instuctions said when i bought the VCM Suite from hptuners but its giving me an error...
    unable to open file
    string was not recognized as a valid datetime.
    If anybody could please help me, let me know thanks!

    Log into your acount on hptuners.com and download the newest version available. If you already have then email support.
