I do but this is all a new build so I need to know which cal I need to use just to get it started the first time, I've e-mailed Lingenfelter but so far no answer.
They provide data for a 2005-2006 LS2 Corvette, GTO ECM. 2006 ZO6 LS7, I'm assuming that's what I need to use just wanted confirmation

Thanks for the reply Brice, looking at my stock PCM there's a Low table for 1.000 to 5.800 and a High table for 5.800 to 12.200, the Lingenfelter Data for the 2005-2006 LS2 Corvette,GTO ECM/ 2006 ZO6 LS7 covers the same range.
So I guess I'm good to go!
Just feeling my way here as I've spent a long time using MoTeC gear and this is my first adventure with HP Tuners/Stock PCM and there have been quite a few changes to the engine hardware.

Got confirmation from Lingenfelter, it is the Hi/Low data for my PCM!
Next "issue" is sorting the data for the LS9 Injectors that came in the "kit"
My limited understanding is once this is entered there shouldn't be any scaling needed?
Sorted out the IAT/MAP sensor calibrations for the Ford TMap I'm using
It would be great if someone could walk me through what I need to change file wise to use the LS9 Injectors, assume I have NFI what I'm doing so far!!

My PCM uses Offset vs. Volts vs. VAC instead of Offset vs. Press vs. IGNV so the ZR1 file I've been looking at isn't helping much
The Injectors are part number 0280158187 which I believe are generic LS9 type Bosch injectors.
If anyone has the LS9 injector data for the Offset vs. Volts vs. VAC table 80 to -80KPA format please jump in I'm happy to slip ya some $ for the trouble..
Just in case anyone thinks I'm a lazy ass wanting to be spoon fed, not the case I searched then manually went though ALL of the pages on gen4 tuning, I found a couple of threads that mention my issue and a solution of sorts I'm just not sure how to go about converting the data to fit my needs, do I interpolate between known set points or is there a way to get it "exact"?

If you interpolate between points from another known application, that should get you really close. Keep in mind that production injectors can have as much as a +/-6% variation, so you really just need to get data that's statistically close.
Better yet, you can get a set of flow matched injectors with the right spray pattern if you're really that concerned about it.

I did dig through the repository to see if I could find someone using a 2006pcm with the 0280158187 LS9 injectors as that would have made life much easier..(if anyone has a canned edelbrock e-force tune in HP Tuners format to suit please PM me)
So the plan of attack is to take the ZR1 data I now have in pressure delta convert that to kpa using the -400 table posted in one of your discussions then interpolate it to suit the 80/-80 table in my PCM, does that sound "right"?

Ok muddled through this and entered a LOT of data points where I could get a match then interpolated the rest so it "should" be fine!
(I can understand why no one held their hand up to do this as it was very tedious without a prebuilt table to copy/paste)
