no tcc after 411 swap

put a 411 pcm to a vortec 98 silverado. thing drives pretty good. but will not command lock up. mode = off. if i use scanner output function i can lock it up just fine. i looked over the tcc lock up speeds chart and everything looks in order.

the vehicle has a whipple charger on it. so the map is high all the time. could that be causing it to interpret to high of a load for tcc? and if so is there a way around that?

What about trans fluid temp? Do you see it at a sane value and does it
ever get over 140F (I think that's about the lockup-enable temp?)?

make sure its getting in to closed loop and like jimmyblue said check ur trans temp.
