I have a 1994 Hummvee with a 2005 Duramax, Actually many of them...I Put the same tune on all of them and one has no speed limiter. Even if i turn it down to 35 MPH. The speed limiter 2 works by fuel cut off but surges the truck instead of holding speed. Any ideas what would cause this??Thanks in advance...
If I find out what the problem is, can I have one of the Humvee's?
