Tune over trifecta...UPDATE!!!!!! Question?

So I took everyones advice since I have Trifecta tuned on my 06 SS/SC. I went to the dealer for a STOCK reflash with the Tech 2.

So they said they couldnt flash it....said he tried 3 times. Im not sure but he kept mentioning reading it. All I wanted to do was WRITE it.



So now I cant seem to find anyone to flash to stock over the Trifecta. Only option I have now it seems is to write entire with HPT using a stock 06 SS HPT file.

Any input?

I know I have asked this before, and I know I can do it. But I read so many posts about people having write errors. Say I write entire with a stock 06 SS/SC file. Something goes wrong. Can I retry it?

Just do a write entire and be done with it, I have done it. If something fails in a write entire you can typically try again.

I had a 2008 l62 with a trifecta tune that would not let me do anything with it. It was tuner locked even though vince claimed it wasn't re-flashing to the stock tune with the trifecta cabled fixed that issue
