Random low idle , IAC stops moving??

I have been having a random issue ith the idle in my tune and looking at my last log looks like an iac tuning problem or another issue with the iac.
Nonetheless i would like some more experienced eyes to see what its doing.
Sometimes it idles perect all day..sometimes it has very low idle right after startup, and like today acted up as soon as i got on th highway.
First few seconds is me having to give a little gas to keep it running . turn it off start it up and perfect idle again. Timing and fueling are right but i noticed the iac isnt doing anything till i turned it off and restart it.
Check it out and let me know. I dont know if something is setting the iac in a reset mode or failsafe, or its locking up or even something else with the iac.

I didn't log use your config, but I noticed IAC follows Idle desired very close, meaning when one dips the other does. Is your idle trims dialed in?

I have everything pretty close. I just dont understand why its commanding 140ish to idle when its not wanting to idle but after the restart in the log, its idling perfect aound 118 and closely following that.
