Would getting the ecm update flash require me to have to us creds to unlock the truck again for tuning? I only have minor tweeking so far, so that can be redone.

Getting the ECM uPdated by the dealer should overwrite your existing tune. But you wouldn't need more credits unless you completely rePlace the ECM
i know it wipes the tune out, but would i have to re-unlock the truck?

No...It would be like Flashing a New Tune....The Programmed VIN still matches.
