    LS1 PCM in a S10 1993 truck ??

    Hi

    i´m gona try to help one guy out
    he´s swapping a ls1 to a S10 truck 1993 model and it doen´t start up


    what exactly do i need to do to dial it in /pair them together and have it start up.

    The VATS needs to be disabled for starters. If you can post a file that would help.

    I'd guess the issue is wiring related.

    yea i think so too think the wiring is wrong to fuel pump

    ok i turned VATS off

    and the car just started , no fuel and no spark

    we went over wires and we found out that he forgotte to fasten 2 grounds near the ignition back off the driversside head , we fixed that

    started the car , the ignition came in but still no fuel, i commanded fuel pump "on" in the scanner and i heard a click in relay but the fuel pump was still off. No fuel to rails

    So would you say that it´s wiring related or am i missing something in the tune maby

    No fuel pump no fire. Fix or hotwire the pump and it should start

    I agree. If you're commanding the pump to turn on and you hear the relay click inside the glove box, at least now you can focus on the pump. Hotwire the pump, check it's grounds and such. Get the pump to whine and fire the engine over so you can narrow down the pump's issue.

    the guy just called me he went over the wiring again, the pump wiring was right but the power from switch was wrong wired

    problem solved and one happy LS1 swapper more
