2Bar SD No 02's High idle timing

Im pretty new to hptuners and still figuring out what tables affect what.
Have a 99 pcm running turbo charged 6.0 with a tsp texas giant cam.
Im hving problems with the startup sometimes acting like its flooded and also i have all the timing tables set at 24 degrees but after running for a few seconds it shoots to 38 to 40idling and stays there shooting my rpm to 1700rpm.
Also is it a bad idea to comand 24 degrees all the way down the columns 1200rpm and less in all the tables?

Log shows engine coolant temp always -38. Fix that first.

Your timing jumps up that far because the timing table actually has that much timing. It jumps from 24 to 38 within one column.

What injectors are you running? Can't tell if it's scaled or not really, seems pretty off either way looking at cranking VE and Primary VE.

Engine coolant like the previous post says will add 18% of fuel to your base, Engine>Fuel>OL/CL>Open Loop Eq Ratio

Ok ive fixed several issues and have redone allot of the tune. Im running 60lb injectors. Im still getting a low idle after driving and coming to stop.Idles great at startup and doesnt seem to show up till after ive driven it. And it only does this around 15to25mph on decell to a stop.
I will have to record another log today since i forgot to save my last one which showed this. I just now added some positve timing in the underspeed table since it was zeroed out and going to see if it helps any. I also added some idle air.
AFR is pretty steady around stoich and the timing was a little sawtoothed so i took some advice and lowered both the idle over and underspeed.

Please check out the current tune and see if anything else looks odd and may be contributing to the low idle issue. Thanks for any advice .

Which injectors are you using and where did you get the data?

I copied the data from a similar tune with same injectors. Is it wrong?they are seimens 60lb injectors. Could that be related to my issue?

Not if that is related to your issue or not but it is important to have the correct info. Need to post up a scan though, also include the cfg file you used.
