Hi all
can the dealer a locked pcm?

no.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

can the dealer a locked pcm by tech2?
Having trouble understanding your question ... you may want to proof read questions before posting them.
If you are asking "Can a PCM that has been locked by a tuning software / tuner, be unlocked by a GM dealer using a Tech2 device ?" - the answer is No.
The original tuner or software can unlock it (or a grey market tuner service perhaps). Otherwise you will need to purchase a new PCM and have it flashed by the dealer, or with the tuning software you are using.
I have a customer says he went to the dealer and reflash PCM by tech2.
after reflash by dealer I can not read a PCM.and I receive a message Security Access.
I do not know how to locked?
Thank you for help me
Its possible the dealer corrupted the pcm's NVRAM, we've seen that a few times which will act the same way as tunerlocking.
BTW every pcm gm makes is "tunerlocked" from the factory, they just happen to use the same key for each pcm of the same type.
