That is an ECM/TCM that hptuners does not support and it is totally different than the 2008 F150 PCM

I have the same problem with a 2006 f-150 fx4 5.4l auto trans. error pops up ignition cycle timed out. any help would be great. thanks
Are you closing the ignition switch then opening it again when prompted?
If there anything like some of our Aussie Fords then battery voltage goes a long way to solving alot of the problems.

Yeah ford went to a new pcm mid 2009, the newest beta should be able to read them though
