pulling back timing at high boost

I have a 98 gmc Jimmy with a 4.3, powerdyne supercharger and methanol injection. I run premium as well. I punched the throttle and as I got to higherboost and rpms , it really started to ping so I obviously backed it down. The AFR on the wideband actually showed 11-12 which is good but the detonation is my concern. How do I change the timing in the upper rpms/ boost?

Wait until you get up to operating temperature. load the vcm scanner drive the car a good half hour or more. recreate the issuing your having and if you can note at what the time was in the scan which will be located at the very bottom. When your done hit the stop button. Then click the save data as name it and load it so we can take a look
